Synopsis

Killua confronting his stalker

Killua confronting his stalker

In a forest on Zevil Island, Killua tells his stalker that they're only wasting time and that they won't be able to sneak up on him even if they follow him forever. Hiding in the bushes in the distance, Imori chuckles and says to himself that even though Killua knows that he's there, he should still be very afraid. He adds that he plans to wait until he succumbs to exhaustion before making his move, again repeating that Killua should be afraid of him as he inches his way closer.

However, when Killua announces that he's walking toward him, Imori becomes extremely nervous when he sees him getting closer. Killua then tells him how annoying he is and guesses that his badge is only worth one point to him. Conflicting thoughts run through Imori's head as he wonders whether he should fight Killua, first saying that he will lose and then pointing out that he's only a kid. Although he considers running away and rethinking his plan, he remembers how his brothers will react and adds that they will be just as upset if he doesn't take Killua's badge before they come back from their own hunt.

Amori and Umori then appear behind their brother and wonder how his hunt is going, apologizing for taking so long and guessing that he's already done. However, when the two see Killua standing right in front of him, they kick and punch their brother to the ground as they wonder why he hasn't taken his badge yet. Imori replies that the thrill is in the chase, but when Umori threatens to punch him again, Imori finally works up the courage to approach Killua, promising not to hurt him if he hands over his badge.

After Killua calls him an idiot in reply, Imori suddenly kicks him in the midsection and sends him flying back. Killua lies on the ground for a second with his hands still in his pockets, but quickly stands up, with Amori guessing that his kick whiffed and Umori wondering if he's toying with him. Killua then reveals that he stole Imori's #198 badge, and the three brothers are left stunned. Killua tells them that while it's close, his specified target is #199, asking the other two if that's their number. Amori tells Umori that it's time for them to take positions, and the three brothers stand in a triangle shape in front of Killua.

However, Killua smiles and suddenly leaps off a nearby tree high into the air, landing right behind Amori and kicking the back of his legs to force him to kneel. He then holds his right hand at Amori's throat and tells him to stay still, explaining that his nails are razor sharp as he draws a drop of blood from his skin. With Umori and Imori left terrified, Killua is disappointed that Amori is #197 and finally guesses that Umori is #199. Umori confirms it and begrudgingly tosses over his badge. After thanking him, Killua throws the other two badges far into the distance, telling the brothers that they have five days left to recover them. He then wishes them good luck and quickly dashes away, leaving Amori exasperated at their defeat.

An examinee tracks one of the thrown badges in the forest below and then leaps up to grab it. It's revealed to be Hanzo, who says that his target (#197) always stayed with #199 and that he tracked him until Killua ended up stealing his badge for him. He flips the badge in the air and happily says that he only had to chase after it once it was thrown. However, when he flips the badge around to check the number, he discovers that it's #198, quickly falling to his hands and knees.
